How should the questionnaires for knowing the employee satisfaction be prepared?

Employee satisfaction surveys are obviously important to any organization, after all, your employees are your biggest asset! So I'm glad to hear you're looking for information about preparing employee feedback questionnaires. Like all survey questionnaires - you want to start with laying out your goals and survey methods. After setting clear goals, it should be easier to write meaningful survey questions. A few key best practices to keep in mind when you're designing the survey is to keep employee surveys anonymous so your get honest feedback from your staff, this includes not asking too many personal questions where employees will feel like they could be "tracked down." It's also important to let employees know how their feedback will be used - will it change current processes, will new programs be formed? If they don't believe you're going to take action as a result of the survey feedback, they're not going to put as much thought into it. Soney - Thanks for your comment!
