Web Surveys 101

Tonight's a big night for our technology team. Around 9pm tonight, Cvent will be unavailable as the team works to successfully bring months of coding and testing of new features live to customer web survey, event management and Supplier Network accounts. Cvent should be back up and running on or before 4am ET Saturday, July 23. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. While we'll be highlighting some of them in the coming weeks, here's a sneak peek at what you can expect after tonight's new release:

• Address book sampling, invite (or not invite) based on past activity from survey answered to email opened
• Masking logic which allows you to dynamically change which answers are displayed based on previous questions
• Automatically create and send certificates when respondents complete or pass
• New display controls for graphical templates, including the ability to edit the cascading style sheet (CSS)
• Include audio and flash files in your surveys
