Will you sell respondent contact information? It's important not to lie. It may be tempting to say "Your answers will be aggregated and will not be linked to you personally," but if you plan to use responses to identify customers you'd like to speak with, you're not planning to just aggregate the answers.

Like with your online surveys, remember to keep emails short and simple. There is no easy formula to follow to ensure your email marketing results in the open and response rates you're looking for.
