Today, Forrester Research announced the winners and finalists of their 2009 Voice of the Customer (VOC) award. Bruce Temkin announced the winners at Forrester's Customer Experience Forum, which started today. Experian, Progressive and Vanguard walked away with the first ever VOC award.
