This upgrade brings a number of new features and enhancements designed to make the survey management process easier than ever. We’ve also added functionality to make the survey experience more pleasing for your respondents.
Cvent has long advocated the best practice of using built-in customization tools to make your survey as visually appealing as possible. Our research has shown that surveys that match a company’s brand look and feel elicit significantly higher responses. When asking for personal information or candid feedback, it is extremely important for your respondents to see consistent graphical branding so they trust that their information will be kept confidential. Furthermore, it is a very effective way of extending a company’s brand into all aspects of communication.
In light of this, our online survey software now offers the capability to match your survey invitation design (emails, reminder messages, etc.) with that of your survey. You might not want to judge a book by its cover, but the truth is, most survey respondents will do exactly that. A good-looking cover will entice people to open and read the great content you’ve written.
Also, survey buttons (page navigation, start survey, etc.) are now all fully customizable with your own choice of text and color. These two new enhancements make it possible for a respondent’s entire survey experience to extend your company’s brand.
We’ve also added functionality for the Cvent survey software end user to help with reporting and administration. True SPSS-compatible export values are now available, allowing you to assign custom values to be used in reporting in lieu of the text strings your survey respondent reads. For example, your customer might answer a question as “Very Satisfied,” but for statistical reporting purposes, this can now be translated into an SPSS-compatible “Q3C5.”
Users can now also create custom dashboards to quickly view multiple reports of dynamically updated data on the same page. This allows managers to truly leverage actionable business intelligence and insight on a continuous basis without having to spend extraneous time looking through static report pages.
