Cvent Survey

Over the weekend, Cvent launched new features to help you with your online survey programs. Features in the April 2009 Release are in response to client suggestions and our continued commitment to be the most comprehensive web survey, event management and marketing solution.

Here's a peek at some of the new release features for our Web Survey software:

• Easily create a printable version of your online survey to reach a wider audience
• Import survey answers for multiple respondents at once
• Integrate your Cvent and Salesforce accounts to track data for leads and contacts
• Use a Net Promoter Score to evaluate the relationship with your customers
• Collect more information at once using spreadsheet formatted questions
• Use additional custom field types to define more details about your contacts
• Customize survey links using your organization and survey names
• Allow respondents to complete a survey entirely in French or Spanish
• Create presentations to analyze answers using filters and customize the look and feel, including the chart format and color
