Cvent is adding new features and enhancements tonight, Friday, June 15, to improve your user experience. View the list of features and enhancements that are coming out with the June 2012 release.
During this process, Cvent will be unavailable starting at 9:00 PM US ET and ending around 5:00 AM US ET on Saturday, June 16. Some of the new updates and features you can look forward to include:
Integration with Social Media
Allow respondents to share a link to your survey on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+. Invite respondents to LIKE your Fan Page or a partner's page on Facebook, within the survey, and welcome and thank you pages. Add a new data tag within the survey or on Thank You pages asking respondents to share their positive comments about your organization on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. This can be done conditionally too (aka only those who are Net Promoters or have positive ratings). Finally, track and report on the social media shares that drove the most responses to your survey (and who shared them)!
Post-Purchase (Transaction) Surveys
Create multi-response, transactional surveys with unique response identifies to easily track responses back to a specific event, customer service integration or purchase/transaction.
Improved Text Analysis Outputs
Leverage two new text analysis output formats: circle or tree visualization. Expand or collapse phrases or phrase categories to gain a deeper understanding of open-ended responses.
